RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at Info@Florence-Grey.com.

  2. Provide your order number (found in your confirmation email or invoice).

  3. Wait for our team to review and approve your return request.

Once approved, we will provide:

• The return address
• Clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

• All returns must be shipped to our fulfilment warehouse in Asia.
• A £8 administration fee per item will be deducted from your refund.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with tags (where applicable).
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Info@Florence-Grey.com so we can evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

• Request a return for the original item
• Once approved, place a new order for the desired item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds are processed within 2–4 business days.
• You will receive a refund confirmation by email.
• Funds typically return to your account within 3–5 business days.

⏳ Please note: Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@Florence-Grey.com.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

Due to our fast processing and fulfilment system, orders are prepared for shipment shortly after purchase. Once 24 hours have passed, orders can no longer be modified, cancelled, or changed.

If you wish to return an order after it has been shipped and delivered, you must follow our standard return procedure outlined above.
