Returns must be shipped to our fulfilment warehouse located in China. The full cost of return shipping, including any applicable customs duties or export fees, is entirely the customer's responsibility. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these return conditions.
6. Liability Florence & Grey is not liable for loss or damage during shipping once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
7. Customs and Import Duties For international shipments, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Florence & Grey has no control over customs processes or related delays.
